Very easy and fast to use

This merchant refused to cancel my order, after seeing all the bad reviews about people not receiving their product and having issues with the customer service I regretted ordering with these scammers. They keep insisting that I keep my order and kept giving me excuses the order isn't even shipping it says registered.

I had bought a few things for my daughter on Christmas. 2 out of 3 things were shipped late but received 2. I wasn't informed about the other item being out of stock until I emailed chic curve. They responded with it being out of stock and that it would take longer to receive so my daughter decided to wait. So a month went by and no info on the item so I emailed them again. I received the same response so I asked to cancel that item. The next day I received a response that that item couldn't be cancelled because I already received it. There was now way I could of received it if the item was out of stock and never shipped out. I emailed someone else instead of responding to the same email. Now I keep getting the same response telling me that the item is out of stock. It's been 2 months since the order and all I'm getting is a runaround. Hopefully now that I'm reporting this site to the FTC I'll get my money back.

shipment never arrived

I ordered merchandise from this company. The merchandize is very poor quality and is not what I expected to be. I've trying to return the garments for the last 2 weeks. You are only able to email this company and they have the most horrible customer service, I emailed them numerous time trying to resolve the return, they keep giving me excuses to not give me the return instructions. Not worth the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Great quality!! If you have an inconvenience they will give you options to make it up. True to their word!

Placed an order on January 30 and said the processing time would be 5-7 days with delivery time being approximately 15 days (including the processing). Have not had a single order update and order still says it is processing. Have attempted to reach out to customer service numerous times with no response. Save your money.
