I legitimately bought one pair. Four months later I never received them. When I looked into it and followed the charge through my bank account there was an additional charge right after my purchase of $53 for $83. I only bought one pair and never got them. So I followed the trail through my bank and the account the charges were deposited into, contacted the phone number provided to me by my bank, sent emails, and shocker the one pair I had ordered 4 months before all of a sudden showed up but they would not credit me for the either fraudulent additional charge or the mistake they made. It went directly into their bank account. I've reported them to BBB, but shocker they don't address complaints and have several company shells so they don't have to be accountable. The Florida Attorney General's Office of Citizen Services operates the Attorney General's Fraud Hotline at (850) 414-3990, and I called them. They were very interested in all of their alias sites and I provided them all. They asked that I refrain from writing about them further because it could interfere with an ongoing investigation. I have an ombudsman that I speak to for updates and he calls requesting more information and websites. I'm very encouraged by where it's going. If nothing else Amazon and Facebook will not be associated with a company under investigation. They to have contacted my bank for the deposit information into their accounts, Btw they confuse the situation by having accounts under BestBuy, Chiccurva, Chica Curva, OperaJeans,,,

Always respond quick and efficient

Ordered these for me in a large. They were so tiny. My daughter, who wears a size 2, couldn’t get them over her hips. I thought maybe wrong size. No label, no care instructions, no return/exchange information. Big waste of money.

I bought from them and l never received my item. I contacted them on messenger and l have been told to deal with their Courier myself WHO happens to be not legitimate at all. The phone doesn't get through at all. Hopefully they will refund me or improve their service and ship my item. I am so disappointed with ChicCurve

Scammers. Nothing like the photo and they refused to let me return and klarna approved it.

I ordered an outfit and it never arrived but they have it marked as delivered! They didn’t stand by their merchandise they refused to replace or refund. They made the website unavailable and refused to respond!

1St I would like to say this is not my 1St time buying from them and I was aware it took 3 weeks to a month for me to receive my items. This time I received 1 item from a order and contacted them regarding my other item, it was then they made me aware that the item I ordered was out of stock. They tried to persuade me to buy something else, but there was nothing else I wanted and requested a refund. After about 5 emails they said I would be charged all these fees, even though they do not have the item I paid for. This is ridiculous and I very un-happy with this company and would advise you to shop for your shapewear somewhere else. They are still trying to convince me to get another item instead of just simply refunding my money! Trust me do not buy anything from Chic-curve, worst online company I have ever purchased from...
