I have a long torso, and the item shown in the advertisement was clearly designed longer in the front. Based on your size guidelines, a large should have fit correctly. What I received does not fit and is evenly cut, not longer in the front as advertised. The product I received does not match the advertisement, which is false and misleading advertising. It should not be the fault of the consumer when an item is sent that is not sized or made correctly according to the advertised description and fit. When I reached out to the company, they said I would have to pay customs and they hoped it would reach them. I pay$56, the wanted to give me $12 71 back. Horrible company

This is the greatest waist trainer ever I just wish it was a lil longer and the zipper was smaller because you can see it through my shirt... but I will definitely purchase again and again. The delivery was fast no werid smells and good discount. I would highly recommend!

Do not waste your time or money with this company. They do not honor returns as stated on their website. The discourage you from returning by referencing how costly shipping will be, that the product could be lost/stuck in customs, and offered a 10% refund.
