Exhibited generous flexibility with payment plan and kind understanding about unforeseen personal and medical circumstances that necessitated a hiatus from the program. Responded almost immediately to my urgent request for a refund when the second installment was charged despite prior agreement they would not do so. Refunded within minutes. Decent, honest behavior in response to their billing mistake that was about to become a financial catastrophe on my end.
