When I received the couch it did not look at all like in the pictures, the leather quality is clearly poor and very uncomfortable to sit on. I wont even mention the bed part, waffer thin and impossible to sleep on. On top of this, their service will not accept a return for this, so now I'm stuck with this crappy ugly couch, save yourselves some time and look somewhere else.

Sofas surface broke down less than year old. Joint leather specialist confirmed 'no evidence of contamination or misuse' After months of begging company to replace sofas the company still saying will only repair/replace if we pay. Abysmal customer service and absolutely no guarantee on the sofas. We have had leather sofas that are decades old and never had such poor quality.
