ChessMoodReviews of chessmood.com

ChessMood has been the main source of chess education for me for about five years now. It helped me to both learn the fundamentals the proper way (many of which I was missing, even as a ~2000 FIDE-rated player) and cover more advanced topics that I was looking for. What makes ChessMood stand out for me is that the team actually cares that their students improve, in chess and in life, and so the quality of courses is very high. As a Lifetime member, it's been one of the most important investments I made in chess and I am looking forward to continuing my chess journey with ChessMood.

For all topics the explanations are comprehensive and very clear. The courses for opening are much better than the usual openings books as the depth and clarity of the explanation is greater. Moreover it's easy (my opinion) to understand a complex topic when it's orally explained than when reading it. For the middlegames, endgames and chess psychology when playing a game the courses cover all you need to know to play competitive chess.

I've been a member for over a year. I am a committed "life long learner" and while I am in my 70's and realize it is "too late" for me to become a GM, I know I can improve my chess as long as I keep at it. Chessmood instructors are personable, friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Can't go wrong with them on your side. PS Lily is very responsive to email inquiries. I hope this doesn't add to her workload. (Grin!)

ChessMood has first class courses and content, and their customer service is very responsive. Highly recommended for serious chess students. Their student community is very active and ChessMood hosts regular interactive events.

Besides the excellent quality of resources, sheer depth of content and amazing amount of learning material they also interact with us, the player. This happens trough live calls, 1-on-1 sessions and many teamevents anyone can sign up for. Chessmood has helped me improve not just as a chessplayer but mostly as a humanbeing. Right mood right move applies in so much more and their "mental" courses also speak to me outside of chess. They respond fast to anything you have to ask and they actively seek out feedback and communicate what they are doing, blunders included. Transparency is key, and they understand that.

I’ve been a member at ChessMood more or less since it started. Excellent study materials, and a really nice community of people.

Amazing team and experience! Best in the industry.

Lifechanging place for those who would like to improve their chess ( and life) game. Deep knowledge base that addresses just about every facet of this complex game. Proven methods for fast improvement that are not available anywhere else. Support staff is also kind , knowlesgeable and timely. 5 stars is not enough! Highly recommended to all .
