I initially experienced a stressful issue where my Bitcoin transaction was confirmed on the blockchain, but my deposit was not detected, causing my order to expire. Naturally, I was concerned and reached out to support. Although the investigation took a few days, the support team acknowledged my case, escalated it, and eventually resolved the issue by refunding my coins in full 💜 I appreciate that they honored the transaction and resolved the matter. While I hope deposit detection and communication can be improved to reduce waiting times, I’m grateful that the issue was handled and my funds were returned.
