I think this is a scam. I brought goods online from them and have received nothing. There is no response to emails or my phone calls. I made a claim for a refund from my bank and the bank are now pursuing this with Chester Furniture Outlet and their bank to get the refund (the bank had already paid me back).

I’m absolutely delighted with my new sofas; the quality is outstanding and they look fantastic in my home. A huge thank you to Claire, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience a real pleasure. I highly recommend this shop for their top-notch furniture and lovely customer service!
