Cherry Tree DesignReviews of cherrytreedesign.com

Great service, great product, great price. Very satisfied

We would recommend Cherry Tree in a heartbeat!

this is a great product for asian inspired design. the staff was knowledgable and the construction and materials are top notch - it requires carpentry skills to install but done right produces a beautiful result

Everything about the doors is wonderful. We learned how to fix the waviness of the paper and that worked fine after delivery -- no problem. The quality is really great. We have gotten many compliments on them. The only problem we had in the whole process is that Bev sent us completely inaccurate quotes so poorly prepared that it did not even have the correct product named on the face of it, let alone the correct price and components. Thankfully, Tor stepped in and we were able to complete the transaction. Bev did not even know how to correctly use the software that prepares the quotes. That portion of the business needs to be changed.

I installed a set of sliding doors from Cherry Tree Design for my new home in Washington DC. They are beautiful, and look exactly like what I had in mind when I ordered them.

We were nervous about buying long distance from a company no one we knew had tried, but the people at Cherry Tree Design were reassuring and great to work with. They even talked to our contractor before we ordered to make sure things would fit properly. Our contractor said it was the best packed item, he'd ever seen. We are very pleased with how our shoji works and looks. Great choice for us.

When you are making such a large purchase online, it is a bit scary. The folks at Cherry Tree were helpful on the phone, and the photos on the website helped. We were doing a remodel job, so the carpenters installed the doors, but they had no problems. And now they are a beautiful addition to our home. If you are looking for high quality shoji scrren doors, I would highly recommend Cherry Tree Design

I ordered a custom shoji screen for the lower half of my bedroom window. Every step of interaction with Cherry Tree Design went perfectly, and the screen is perfect. Anyone who sees it says they have never seen anything else like it, and that include a local retailer for custom window treatments. I am very happy with my beautiful screen.
