Worst Online Casino platform I've ever played! They will give you 40-70 free spins & your lucky to Win .50 throughout these spins! Just with this alone, I'll never spend my money on this platform. Its Terrible!

The management at this casino franchise did something to me that was absolutely despicable. I haven't played here for quite a long time only because of something that this casino (or their processor) did and then turned around and blamed me for it. The type of player that I am I periodically shut down accounts for cool down times. Well, there was one time in which, during one of those cool down periods where I had shut the casino account down that the casino's processor tried to charge my bank a duplicate charge that they had already charged several months prior. Well when I contacted customer service about it I was instructed that there was nothing that they could do about it. And the customer service rep said after he inquired with their cashier and that the instructions were for me to dispute the charge because it was a mistake made by their processor that had affected many hundreds of customers across the real-time gaming footprint. So I did just that as instructed. Well when I went to reopen my account I was told by their manager that I could not reopen my account because I had a charge back ...notwithstanding I had made thousands of dollars of deposits for years across all of their brands without issue and the amount that had the issue due to their processor mistake was roughly only about $35 to $75. When I explained to him that this was a mistake of their processor (THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF) and their customer service agent instructed me to do as I did and that I was only following the casino customer service instructions he simply said the decision was made and disconnected the call. And then did close all of my casino accounts across all of their sister brands. Absolutely despicable behavior and to this day I still cannot log in! (Note: I do still have the evidence of the instructions from the CSR as stated above as well that was also ignored) jwoods03

USER : Pardan88 Unfortunately I'm not able to receive my big win from cherryjackpot casino for the past 4 months. They asked me for extra documents, after my account was already verified, which include a video of myself which I sent them. On Aug 2nd 2023 they sent me an email that the 3rd party ( game provider) investigating my win but since then all they did is to close my account. I submitted a complaint at casinoguru and they reopened my account. Unfortunately, Im still not being paid my winnings

Cherry Jackpot is a fun casino. You will do good on the slots. The only complaint is when it comes to payouts. They claim 48 hours for bitcoin, this is false. They claim two days for identity verification. This is also false. I’ve had to give everything but my left arm as verification and am told one night I’m verified, then the next morning I have more things to turn in. I’m pretty sure my ID, my credit card statements, my utility bill, and my tax return are more than ample, but was told it still needed to be verified but the cashier’s (that don’t work weekends). So my 48 hour payout will ultimately take 8 days. Like I said, the games are fun, just don’t expect to get your winnings in a timely fashion. I found it more satisfying to dump the money back into the games, and put my money into the casinos that actually have quick payouts.
