The fabric quality of the tops is very good, but unfortunately, the quality of the fabric in these pants is very different. It is much rougher, not soft, and does not have the same feel or quality as the tops. I returned the pants today, and I also contacted Customer Service to ask for guidance on which pants have the same fabric quality as the tops. It is confusing to me because the descriptions of both products were very similar, yet the fabric quality is clearly different. So far, I have not received a response. I also find it difficult to find pants in colors that actually match the tops. Having more coordinated color options would make it much easier to create complete outfits. I believe customer service should be a priority for any company that wants to continue growing and selling successfully. Another thing I have noticed is that there is very little variety shown on this website, while Facebook shows many more options. Why not display all of the available options here as well? It would make it much easier for customers to compare the products and choose the right one, especially when the descriptions do not clearly explain the differences. I hope you can improve both your customer service and the way you present your products and available options on the website

Placed an order in December. Payment went through. Order was cancelled by Cherokee with zero explanation. (Money was refunded) Placed a similar order with what turned out to be a sister site - was cancelled two days later as well. I will avoid all websites associated with Cherokee uniforms.
