I would haven given a 5 but having trouble getting Certificates of Analysis on a timely basis.

I would give them 5 stars except they really put pressure on you to buy within a certain amount of time. Something we wouldn't do to our own customers. Our customers take their time as well as run their own clinicals, which is why there is a wait before purchasing materials, why does every vendor understand this but Chempoint? Its gotten a lot better since we have a new account rep. that we have been pleased with so far.

Chempoint has been a supplier to us of lubricants we use in our wire manufacturing process. The ordering, shipping and delivery process is painless. I get a good price and excellent service. Good job, Chempoint.

Good to work with

Great relationship, some invoicing issues, other wise everything is great.

I have been working with Seth Stern and he has been great at getting me responses good or bad.
