Ordered tenderizer machine 9/19/24 was never told it was out of stock or would be shipped from manufacture . 7 weeks later got the machine with no blades. Still awaiting customer service to get back to us on why no blades were shipped with the equipment. Chefs deal got their money when the order was placed and 8 weeks later still no answer. Paik 3k for a machine and can’t use it..

Please save yourself money and don't use this company! I waited and waited to try to get my situation rectified before writing this review, but they did not. I'm out almost $1k and have a piece of equipment I can't use, based on the recommendation of their team. I'm very disappointed and want to save you from the same situation.

do not buy anything on this page! they are scammers! I bought an oven for 5000 usd and it came defective and it doesn't work! They don't want to replace me...

Terrible company to do business with I warn everyone that comes across this website, I placed an order few days and then called to check on the delivery after talking to a very rude MANAGER who never let to speak she informed me that my order was cancelled and I should have received an email which does not exist. This is the time when we try to help small business and we regret it wishing I ordered with AMAZON

I have been asking for an ETA for the last 5 days. I still haven't gotten a definite response. It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.

They ask for an honest experience so here it is.... First order.... Pizza oven. Was told I could expect it in 10 business days...we’ll after 3 weeks it finally came! No customer service tracking it for me, I had to call everyday and still they had no clue where it was! Nonetheless it came. I was told this never happens and would never happen again. Ok..... So I gave them a second chance. Second order....Pizza oven #2 Was told it would definitely not be 3 weeks like last time. Well now it’s been 6 weeks and still no delivery of the equipment I purchased over a month ago!!! The COO of this company is a joke, she has no idea where my equipment is and has no answers! No customer service, not an offer or discount, just basically saying sucks for you right now. Really? How do you have a job! Please do yourself a favor and stay away, I’m saving you from having a terrible experience. I hope this helps some of you who were thinking about buying from this company.
