I ordered May 9th. 2 shirts. One came May 27th. The other still hasn't even been shipped and there is no way to cancel. I tried. They just say 'item not shipped' as the reason they can't refund me. Ridiculous. It's way past the time I needed the shirt and it was not a cheap purchase.

Ordered 2 shirts for Fathers Day. One for my husband and the other for my Father In Law. Ordered placed on May 9. Father's Day has passed and I have only gotten 1 shirt. The automated message states that the second shirt will ship in 5 days- I cant even cancel it now. Besides that, the shirt that I did get was of a terrible quality. DO NOT order from this place.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this Father’s Day shirt. As everyone else has noted-no way to contact them and no shirt! Stay away from this company!!!

It's been over a month since I ordered. Received 2 out of 3 shirts. Cannot get assistance. As others have stated, they have a phone like that goes no where, email system that does not assist, and a chat that refers you back to those two options. At this point, they've stolen my money.

It’s going to be two months now that I ordered a product and it’s still not here. They have a phone number where you can only check your order status with an automated message but you can never talk to a person.

I ordered a T-Shirt for Father's Day on JUN 1. In hindsight, I should have ordered earlier. After the order was placed, I received the following message "Your order will ship within 5 to 15 business days of your payment processing. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please be aware that order processing and shipment may be delayed due to the global COVID-19 situation." I was cool with that; it just meant that my order would be late but I still wanted it. I sent them an email on JUN 17 asking for status and received a "canned" email the same day apologizing for the lateness, stating COVID-19 delays, etc. Long story short, I received the T-shirt yesterday (JUN 24). On Father's Day (since this was from my Granddaughters), I printed out a pic of the finished product, rolled it up, and tied a ribbon around it and told my husband it would be here in a few days. The shirt was the correct size, good quality (Fruit of the Loom t-shirt) and he liked it. That is what's important. I would buy from this company again; however, I would look to order much earlier if needed for a timely gift. Thanks, Ledra

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I'm warning you...... I placed an order on 5/31/2020 for Father's Day and still have not received my on 6/24/2020. I requested to cancel my order and they are refusing to refund my money. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!
