Excellent: Fast, friendly, efficient and professional. Cheerlending is like a member of your family holding your hand through the process. Like a parent holding a child's hand while crossing the street. Cheerlending NEVER let go until the process was completed. Thank you for taking the stress out of a STRESSFUL situation! THANK YOU BRAD AND DOM FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND WHOLEHEARTED SINCERITY DURING MY REFI.

CheerLendings customer service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgable and always available to answer any questions, and keeping us updated during the lending process. Our representative kept us in the loop throughout the lending process. That made us feel comfortable and confident in the fact that we made the right choice to go with Cheer Lending to meet out refinance needs. He let us know on a daily basis what was needed, and they were available to us when we needed them. We will definitely refer Cheer Lending to others

My wife and I had an up and down experience with CheerLending. However, Brad Miller and Dominic Sanchez literally held our hands and assured us that although our loan had many special circumstances if we hung in there they would guide us and our loan would be approved. Guide us they did as no other loan companies would do by caring and thinking outside of the box. Our experience would last over 4 months beginning in March 2018. Ya! our loan was finally approved in late June 2018. We are so thankful for our final outcome and we want to personally thank the team at CheerLending for making our Journey into a dream becoming a reality....
