Welcome to the new age of lending—our Cheerlending team and overall experience was wonderful and the systems they use are modern and reliable. Their Refi offer stood out among the others but did not come with all the old fashioned sales tricks the other lenders showered on me—especially after I told them we chose Cheerleading. Our team was professional, clearly experienced and genuinely happy people who love what they do. I recommend to family and friends and will start there for any lending needs going forward.

I have had a great experience with the CheerLending team. Patrick was in constant contact with me during the loan process. I highly recommend them for their persistence throughout the loan process and for being there for my questions. Wonderful experience and look forward to working with them again!

Patrick Grimm was my Senior Mortgage Loan Coordinator and I would like to say he was awesome. I can think of the words of gratitude to express to him assisting us through this process. Even when I was getting a little frustrated in not getting the documentation needed, he assured me I was doing great and we were almost there. Very encouraging to say the least. He made the whole process bearable. Thank you, Myra

My experience with Sabrina Collette & CheerLending was very satisfying. Everything was done in a very professional manner. Sabrina kept me informed on every twist and turn by having a weekly progress report. I always knew exactly where I stood with everything concerning my loan. Very much appreciated.

We just refinanced our home loan with Cheerlending. It was such a great experience. Will and Ryan were very professional and easy to work with. Thank you Will and Ryan for making the whole process so quick and easy. Mark V.

Patrick Grimm was great to work with. He was responsive, kept me informed of every stage, and worked diligently to get me the refinance. I have worked with several other companies that seemed good, but either didn't respond or the deal fell through. I would definitely recommend Patrick and Cheerlending.

Our refinance with Nate & Ryan was without question the smoothest, fastest, simplest and most pain free of any we have ever done. And that was in spite of several tricky issues that needed to be resolved. Nate, Ryan and the whole team worked tirelessly doing all the heavy lifting while keeping us up to date each step of the way. They never hesitated to make changes in order to get us exactly what we needed. Would not hesitate to use them again except that with their low fees and best available interest rates we may never need to refinance again! Many, many Thanks to you guys for your professionalism, patience and attention to detail that you showed every step of the way.

Update: 5/25/22 I had previously gave Cheerlending a 5 Star, but I am still receiving phone calls about missing documents which we already provided. Our loan payment already due on June 01 and they are still asking for documents. Very unprofessional.
