The team that I worked with was great Nate Lightner and Yasmin Henson. They made sure to keep me informed and communication was great. I would refer them to anyone. Thanks!!!!!

We worked with Nate and Marina on our refinance. I have worked in real estate and also in sales for a builder/developer so there's some experience there. I highly recommend Cheer Lending as both Nate and Marina were friendly, polite, patient, diligent and extremely knowledgeable. They maintained contact with us throughout the process and were always available. They followed up after the loan closing and made it clear that they are always willing to assist us with any questions in the future. These are the the kind of employees I would want on my team. Great job guys!

My names is Launa. The last few months I experienced working with Nate and Caprise on a refinance, they were great people to work with. We had some hurdles, but Nate, Caprise and their Team where amazing. I would highly recommend CheerLending to Family and Friends. I would like to Thank Nate, Caprise and their team for a Wonderful job. Thank You.

Judge Hammond and Caprise Giddons both a team from Cheerlending are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Judge and Caprise both kept me informed of the process at all times and offered suggestions to make the process go smoothly. It has been a great experience working with both Judge and Caprise.

CheerLending went beyond 5 stars.

I first saw their advertisement on Station ABC so I called the number advertised. I was very skeptical at first when I spoke with Judge Hammond but he assured me the station does a through process to have them be on their advertisements. Once we began the process it’s been a great experience. Their team was very helpful and had such great communication. I received calls every week keeping me updated along the way and we also, closed within 30 days. Thank you to Judge and Aaron I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Cheerlending! You made me a believer. Donna Gutierrez

This review is for a refi that went very well. It was done quick and professionally. Very good service from Nate and Patrick.

It has been a painless experience working with Cheerlending. The process was quick and almost effortless. They kept me in the loop and always explained what was next in the process at the end of phone calls. They were very accommodating and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refinance or buy a home.
