Email/ discount code
This seems like a great company; especially with the 3rd party testing, but the only negative I can say so far is when I put in my email for a discount the code at check out was “expired” when I had just gotten it. I look forward to trying the products since I’m a month sober from all substances and am hoping this will be the perfect fill in because I truly cannot sleep nor sit to relax at any point without feeling I’m wasting my time

From 1 to 3 but not happy
This is a rating update because I initially gave 1 star when after 5 days I was still waiting for a package with no future delivery date in sight. So now it's 7 days and I'm still waiting and USPS only indicates package arriving late. Although, Cheef was nice enough to return the money, I still didn't get the product which after all is what I wanted. So I still wait, don't want to order again with fear the same thing will happen. What should have been done was another product sent out with overnight priority. So I change my rating from 1 to 3 but still not happy

The quality of the product and the prices are way better than what I have found in other online purchases I have done. The variety of strains and the customer service is great. I recommend Cheef botanical.

My Autobiography on CBD Vape and Hemp Flower
I tried a sativa strain of the hemp flower. Well it helps some people definitely, but not me! I became a complete durp. I got it for focus and concentration but I couldn't comprehend what I read and I couldn't meditate. I dont know if you ever saw that movie Limitless. Bradley Cooper takes a pill to make him smarter. Well in my scenario my movie would be Limited! So I colorfully told customer service that I wanted to return the sativa ahead of their 30 day trial period and why. They were very happy to do that for me! They sent me an indica strain and gave me a refund for the other unopened bottle of sativa I bought. They even paid for shipping! And what a difference. I am calmer than a Hindu cow on indica. Now it doesnt help me focus on my reading. I comprehend it, but it effects it a bit. So I bought the fruity cereal CBD vape and it gives me a pleasant relaxation where I can go about my day unaltered and I read superly. So I use both of these combined and it's effective. With indica I'm still figuring out when it's best I use it. I want to use it when I'm having a panic attack and to chill me out so I'm not off to the races w a bulimia urge. I tried it for sleep and to veg out so far and it works great. What I'm saying is, Cheef Botanicals have great legit products that are helping me. The CBD vape is great too. My life story is now documented and you can go on your day feeling fullfilled (ha ha). May the force and CBD be w you.
