Terrible Customer "Service"!
I ordered my CBD on February 26. By March 13th, I hadn't heard from Cheef, so I emailed them. They replied 2 days later saying there was a "computer glitch" and that my order hadn't been filled, but that it would be rushed to me. A few days later they emailed that they were sending me gummy bears, but I ordered capsules, so I emailed them back. They intercepted and corrected the order and I received the capsules about a week later. Part of my order was missing, so I emailed again and also called and got their voicemail. They called back and informed me that there had been a "computer glitch" again. For my inconvenience they offered "free priority shipping", but I declined because I had already paid for that anyway. Then they offered 50% off my next order, but I declined again because they had already sent me several promotional emails offering 40% off already. I opted for a refund, I hope I get it. I'm really disappointed in their customer "service" and I don't feel like I'm a valued customer. From now on, I will order from one of their many competitors and not recommend Cheef to any of my friends, family, coworkers, etc.

Best hemp flower I've had to date!
Best hemp flower I've had to date! The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the website generally says the flower is indoor and outdoor-grown but doesn't tell you which strains were indoor or outdoor-grown. Other than that, I will definitely order more. Cheef is my go-to now!

All you need is gummies.
Love me some gummies! All the world needs is love and CBD. I take one each morning with a light breakfast. Sometimes just with my coffee, if I’m on the run. I must say
I must say, after reading my first review, Patrick from Cheef called me asap. He showed superior customer service and replaced my salve with a lotion that absorbed well for my hands and actually refunded my original charge. Nicely done!
