I ordered 4 varieties of CBD Flowers from Cheef Botanicals. The Zkittles and Northern Lights were pretty good actually and the Sour Lifter was okay, but the Mimosa was absolutely horrible. It was light beige, smelled like hay, was poorly manicured with lots of stems and very dry. It had no effects whatsoever. By far the worst CBD Flower I have ever come across and I’ve ordered from many places online and locally. They advertise a no gimmicks refund policy where if you aren’t satisfied they promise to give you a full refund. We’ll apparently that isn’t the case because when I asked for a refund for this particular flower and they said they would only do an exchange because CBD Flower is supposed to be dry. An exchange is far different from a refund if I have to pay to ship the item back. What a disappointment. I really wanted to like this place but the slow shipping and terrible customer service is unacceptable especially when there are so many competitors to choose from. Just a completely horrible experience. Update: The customer service rep I was working with did offer me a refund after all. I thought they were only offering an exchange by the way things were worded, but after more correspondence the refund was initiated and is being processed. So rest assured that they will provide a refund if you are unsatisfied. Out of the 4 strains I ordered only 1 of them was not satisfactory but I’m very happy they refunded the cost. I don’t know any other CBD place that will refund an opened container of flower so they stand out above the rest in this category. And nobody else offers free shipping so that is another big plus for them.

Never received my package. The rep said it was delivered. No package. The rep did not seem to helpful in helping resolve this issue.

Cheef Botanicals has the highest quality of CBD products— organic, vegan, all natural. They are quite potent so be prepared for that with the higher milligram products. A great company.

I purchased an ounce of sour lifter CBD nugs and it is of very decent quality and has provided the advertised effects with a good taste and aroma. I have recently stopped using THC due to some health issues and a very busy schedule. The sour lifter provides a slight "pick-me-up" with a nice nerve calming effect allowing me to be productive while remaining calm and focused.

I am very happy with my purchase of Cheef Botanicals Gummies. They are wonderful. They help my arthritis and migraine pain. Plus, they really help me to remain calm in stressful situations. Thank you for an excellent product!
