Absolute con. We were sold a dream by Donna in the sales team, they make out if you pay £360 plus VAT a month you'll get 16 leads a month and locked us into a 12 month contract we can't get out of as no cooling off period. Never have we had more than 3 leads per month, and if you actually manage to speak to customer and not get their voicemail, they normally say they've already had multiple calls and got someone already coming out so not unique leads we thought we were getting. Impossible to get through to the support team for any help, long wait times over 30 mins, but interestingly the sales team pick up immediately but cut over you and just transfer you into a long queue. If your a small business and looking for leads, would avoid them as they'll take your money for absolutely nothing.
