Customer communications have disappeared, they are taking funds and not shipping packages, charge backs are being issued. Do not trust, this company has apparently fallen apart.

I used to be a loyal customer making several orders through cheapundies website. However I placed an order 9/2/2026 and it still has not been processed. They sure took my money though. I have called and left messages and emails many times. They have ignored all of them.

So I’ve placed an order 8 days ago (July 21st), package expected to be delivered in 3-7 days. Happens that it still shows as “preparing for shipping” on their website, no replies to my email or form on their site. Very frustrating, as I’ve ordered it to be delivered at my hotel and I’m leaving in the next two days, probably without my products. Hope they can fix it. Although I’m not sure. (Order 753205)

1 Star ⭐ I placed an order with CheapUndies.com a few months ago and still haven't received it. I've emailed their customer service multiple times asking for an update, but I've had absolutely no response. I've ordered from them in the past and, although deliveries often took longer than advertised, my orders did eventually arrive. This time, however, the complete lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I can't recommend ordering from this company. If they resolve the issue and either deliver my order or provide a refund, I'd be happy to update this review. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious before placing an order. Order Update 28/07/26: Order finally arrived after I put the original review up. I won't be ordering ever again from CheapUndies.com after this experience!

I have bought from them for many years and normally they were great. The last two times.. have changed my opinion of the company. My 2nd to last order I had to fight to get. This last order… can’t even get a response back and it’s been over 20 days and item still hasn’t shipped.

When this company first started, they were excellent. Then after a few years, the problems started. Late orders, missing items, wrong items shipped, different size items shipped, just everything you can think of started going wrong. My last purchase was almost a year ago and after they sent me the wrong item in that order, I said "never again". That was until about 3 weeks ago when I saw some nice items on their website. I thought I'd chance it, as they may have improved since the year I took a break from them. Nope, they are worse. They used to ship out the very next day if your order went in by a certain time of day, and that was like clockwork. This order took over a week to process abd ship. I knew it wouldn't get to me on time for a trip, so I emailed them to cancel the order because if it hadn't shipped yet, who knew when it would ship. No answer. A few days later, the order was delivered and because it was no longer needed, USPS returned the item(unopened, just refused the package). They were informed of this and asked to process the refund when the item got back to their warehouse. Still waiting, but at this point, I'm just going to dispute the charge with my Bank. Not playing games with this company. Stay far away from them, they are not the same company of years ago! You'll have a horrible experience and nothing but stress. Buyer beware, you've been warned!

Purchased 2 weeks ago and items were never shipped out. Never responded to any emails, phone calls or messages sent to their social. Complete scam. Save your money and go elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

I've ordered from them in the past but it appears as though maybe they've shut down?? I placed a $100 order from them 3 months ago and haven't heard anything back. I've emailed customer service multiple times and called too-but nothing. Pretty dissapointing because I really liked their stuff.
