Their customer service is abysmal

Their customer service is abysmal. I sent them an email because they mailed my package USPS and charge me 595. Well it was put in the lockbox and apparently the key doesn’t work. He’s telling me I had an option to select UPS or FedEx, which is not true so I haven’t received my package. Their customer support stinks. I can’t imagine all these reviews are so positive if I don’t get my product for non-delivery I’m gonna charge it back I did reach out it’s not the wrong key the key does not work so I can’t get access I contacted USPS you missed my point your website doesn’t say that savoy shipping is going to be USPS had I known that I would never have ordered the product because they’re shipping to my area and Virginia is abysmal. They lose packages all the time. I can if I can’t get the product I didn’t receive it. I’m gonna charge it back and Steve W was abysmal. And yes, UPS was $24 that’s almost 50% of the cost of my total order which was $48 who would choose that when I chose savvy shipping again it doesn’t mention that this is USPS.

In your case, it appears USPS mistakenly left the wrong key for your apartment lockbox. To clarify, our Savvy Shopper Shipping Special is our lowest-cost shipping method and does not include carrier selection. However, we do offer additional shipping options at checkout—including UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Next Day Air—for customers who prefer a specific service.
