Very nice and helpful agent

Rohan Smith was very helpful

Elena Watson provided E-Tickets. The man who helped me prior and confirmed my booking was kind over the phone and clarified everything for me. I’m sorry that I don’t remember your name but thank you so much.

The service was great but took a long time.Brian Parker will send boarding pass .

I was impressed by the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff, but not so happy with the company's strategy, which seems to be to lure people in with low prices and then jack then up by forcing them ot upgrade later. This has made me think twice about future purchases.

Evelyn helped with boarding passes

Everything went great besides, they tried to get me to pay for Bags, even though I Chose Southwest Airlines flights. But it got resolved and I didn’t have to pay. But starting May 28, you have to pay for bags on Southwest anyway.

Roy was great with customer service for my boarding pass.
