Terrible company I paid for the ticket then got about 20 calls the next few hours from a number marked Scam Likely. Finally answered and didn’t trust that it was actually them so hung up and called their customer support. First thing they said was I had to change my flight to a week later and they could confirm the ticket now for “only $850”- I originally paid just over $200. After arguing for an hour and they eventually lowered it to $375 on a completely different flight. It then took over an hour on hold to confirm the ticket. Total scam and would never use again

Worst service ever. Expensive then the regular airline tickets. Take 3 hours to book a flight. Worst service ever. I am going to write an article about your 1 star service. Will advise everyone to never use the website ever. If you are in the business atleast know what you doing. 700$ for a flight that is available 500$ Plus 3 hours of time wasted on phone. What you have only one customer to serve and waste half a shift on them.The worst experience of lifetime. Thanks to Brian to atleast call me back and send me the tickets.

I paid the ticket yesterday from this website and I take the tickets. Everything is fine. But when you call them to add the wheelchair for my mom and he said that doesn’t come in with the wheelchair You can’t add a wheelchair or change any information For the passenger, I am surprised with this ticket and the ticket is surprise me it’s coming with out meal for the passenger. It’s funny.

We booked a good deal and paid for the flight tickets. We received an email stating confirmation complete followed straight away by another email stating we had to contact them. They wanted additional info which I wish I have never sent. I waited for the e tickets to come through and when they didn't We telephoned them. They increased the cost by $1000!! And stated our tickets were on hold until paid. We said we want to cancel and we will rebook elsewhere but they are keeping our $500 already paid, no refunds!! This is fraud and theft of our money!! Tony who answered at the call centre got annoyed because we would not pay the extra money and I ended the call. A complete SCAM DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!
