I won't give any star's on this company. I just booked a one-way ticket so I can be on the same flight as my son. I get a call saying my ticket is a standby. That i have 2 choices. Upgrade or change my date of travel. Mind you, I work for the airlines. I know when it's a 3rd party. But, never have I heard a airline ticket is purchased as a standby ticket and to have them tell me I'm number 9 on the list. I didn't know they have access to the flight and seat loads. My concern right now is if my ticket is legit?? Can I still fly ?

This site seems like its a damn scam...my boyfriend purchased his ticket on April 24,2025 to travel from South Carolina to Atlanta and he paid $187 however you people call him this morning May 26 to tell him he has to pay an additional $387.thats damn crazy. People don't pick up money off the road side. And that he can't be refunded. You guys need to do better

They will sell you a ticket, then turn it into a standby, say that it's full to then charge you 100's for getting another ticket. Customer service purposely will mumble words on the phone when it comes to the part that they try to explain what happened with the tickets and never have a supervisor available. Or they will say that they are the supervisor.

I was told that my flight was canceled. They booked a new one for me that will give me about 10-hour delay. Left me at an airport far from my home airport and charged me more than twice what I paid for initially. My time has been totally wasted. My money wasted and I never want to have anything to do with Cheap flights anymore. Finally when I wanted another connecting flight it was going to cost me more than twice what I had already paid in addition. The agent said there was no flight from Toronto to Winnipeg by Porter airlines. I went online and found a flight that moves from the same airport to Winnipeg by porter that same day. I booked that myself. It’s been a bad experience

Charged acct twice instead of a credit. Hassle getting resolved

I Am upset, besude I received the Flights I Did not want, supervisor Tom told me I was able to bring a carry on and it is not tdue Another lié! I was told we should not leave the plane in Nicaragua, that it was a direct Flight and here we are out in Line, being checked again! 🤨

Absolute scam artists. They will book you a ticket that does not exist and claim it was a "standby" ticket. They will then say you can either upgrade or change the date, and in either case they will demand hundreds more dollars, even if the price on the website is less than the new price they give you. When you ask for a refund instead, they will tell you it is not possible and that the service is non-refundable, even if you do not have a ticket. Absolutely do not do business with these people. Go straight to an airline's website and check if the flight you are allegedly booking is even available and then purchase there or elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company! I purchased a ticket for both myself and my husband for April 12th on April 5th. I called them the next day because I still had not received my e-ticket and wanted to check on it. When I spoke to Lily, I find out that we hadn't been issued a ticket because it was a standby ticket. She said she could help me, but it was going to cost me several hundred dollars more to get on the plane I had booked for on the 12th or she could get me on another airline for the same amt that it would now cost me to leave the 12th. Mind you, NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DID I SEE WHERE THIS WAS A "STANDBY" TICKET that I was purchasing. We had be home on the 12th and could not wait until the days she could get us on the plane, which where the 16th or 19th. Had I known all this upfront, I wouldn't have purchased this ticket from them. I told Lily to cancel my ticket since they hadn't actually purchased it yet. I was told she could cancel it, but she could not refund me the almost $300 I had already sent them for the 2 tickets. That was nonrefundable. So they basically had me over a barrel. I asked to speak to her supervisor. His name was Roman. He basically told me the same thing. So I ended up spending well over $600 for 2 one way tickets, that were originally going to cost me just under $300 to begin with. While Roman and Lily were both nice, I totally felt scammed and am VERY mad about being took! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! RUN NOW and use ANY other travel company! I from now on will stick with a reputable travel company or book through the airline itself.
