Ordered a pairs of boots 3 weeks ago contacted them twice no reply and reading the other reviews the feed back and customer service is not the best. My child saved her own money to get these for her birthday and they are still not here I hope she’s not been ripped off.

I placed my order 36 days ago and still haven’t received my package or a refund. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they refused because the package is still marked as “in transit.” The last tracking update showed that it was on the delivery truck on April 19, and there have been no updates since then.

Counterfeit product. Item took well over a month to ship. Customer service was difficult to reach and they refuse to offer a refund.
