Hi, I have checked on your order. The report was sent instantly. Please check your junk mail and spam folder if you don't see the email. Regarding the images not loading, this would mean you are outside of North America. Carfax blocks their website outside of North America. To get the images to load in the report simply use a VPN service and set your location to the USA or Canada and then all the images will load correctly. Update: Now we have fixed this issue, so images can load even in when accessing the report from countries which Carfax blocks the IP. It makes sense if you have a question or an issue with your order to get in contact with us by email or chat before leaving a review about it. Why not first do the courtesy of giving us the chance to solve the problem or help you. I hope that helps and we will be happy to assist you further if needed simply contact us
