I picked Foxx Parking near LAX because it was listed as a self park. When I got there it was not self park and I had to give my key to the attendant. I did not want strange people in my car. Please update your classification of parking lots to reflect the type they actually are.

Showed one price then added $30 fee on final booking. Happened for lax 405 airport express, but checked and all others are the same, the price listed at selection time does not include taxes and fees which make your website seem cheaper than competitors until you go and try to pay only to find the cost is same or higher than others. This is a deceptive practice that I won’t support and booked other competitor site that didn’t do this, instead

While you feel we are being deceptive, I think this is a great opportunity to clarify that we provide a breakdown of price for every reservation. Before a customer checks out, they see a reservation summary, with the daily rate, along with the taxes and fees. Additionally, we make the taxes and fees for each lot clickable, providing customers with even more detailed pricing information. As with any sale, tax is included, and service fees are standard for most service websites. We can appreciate that you prefer to see this information before making a purchase. When shopping, whether online or in-store, it's typical to choose an item based on its standalone price. Only at checkout do people tend to evaluate the total price, inclusive of taxes and fees, before completing the purchase.

I second the “stay away from this company” review. Messed up my reservation times both departing and returning causing an extra day charge. Cancelled reservation prior to start and was charged a cancellation fee. Unscrupulous, at best!

I made a reservation a couple day before I was supposed to fly out and never received an email confirmation. I accessed my account and never saw my reservations. I sent 2 emails asking why I haven’t seen anything with no response. Today I see a charge for parking (I need the parking starting tomorrow) but never received an email or confirmation to let me even know the address to the parking area I need to be at. This is really unacceptable!

The company will not send me a parking receipt even after requesting one, even after I parked. The lot is nice and located at Marriott Airport Hotel at SeaTac Airport. I will need that receipt when I claim my car on March 31st. My confirmination number is EL959061 for parking from March 17th through March 31st. All I need is to have the receipt sent to email ford40toots#aol.com. Without a receipt, I should have used another parking company. Taking my money and providing no receipt is like theft.

After every reservation, a receipt is issued to the email you provided. A good idea is to always check your spam folder. Stay away! This company oversells their parking with carrier and never informs you of this super important detail. The most frustrating part is that there is no one to call when you get to the lot and have to catch an International flight and find out, your parking voucher will not be honored. Trust me, please steer clear of this company - you are rolling the dice and can put your flight in jeopardy because of this illegitimate business!
