I started using this garage and are very pleased with the cleanness and location and friendly helpful staff. I just hope there is always room for frequent parking customers like me. It is the best value at LAX period!

The facility was easy to find and we were in and out on a shuttle in minutes. We arrived at 1 in the morning and the shuttle was there less than 5 minutes after I called. Everything about this long term parking experience was quick, efficient, courteous, cost effective, and safe. Would highly recommend.

You do not ever see the lot when you drive up. Only a block wall with a few parking spots and an office. This is an outside Valet type of service. Very nice personnel, and rate was correct with no surprises. My biggest concern is always the wait time on the return. This company dispatches the shuttle when you call so the wait time is about 10-15 minutes before you get picked up - which overall is better then some I have had. Drivers were extremely polite and helpful. For about $18 they offer to have your car washed upon your return. I took them up on the car wash and my car was extremely clean inside and out. I will be using them again in the future and will also take advantage of the car wash again. My only "wish" would be that on the return it would be faster, but, at least you know that when you call they are definitely coming right away.

Self parking which means no waiting for someone to park or get your car. Great prices with tax and everything came out to about $10 a day. I will definitely use them again.

Joe's Airport parking is very close to LAX, the shuttles are efficient and the staff is extremely helpful. My husband accidentally left his cell phone on the shuttle and they were helpful in finding it quickly (still on the same seat when the shuttle cam back around). Thank you Joe's! We'll be back!
