Have used numerous LAX parking garages, lots, etc., over 30 years. Recently utilized QuikPark and was completely satisfied with the experience. Read the reviews prior to booking, so knew ahead of time to get the exit ticket on first floor before retrieving car. Online booking was a snap; rate was low- to mid-range. Covered parking garages are routinely full, so no surprise there, but easily found spot on 4th floor. Shuttle to airport was waiting in garage; pick-up return-shuttle wait at airport was about 3-4 minutes. Driver mentioned to all passengers about getting exit ticket at office first. Will use QuikPark on next trip.

Without any doubt the best place to park and fly in Jacksonville, FL. Lot is very clean and safe but above all the customer serviced is top notch! Crystal was one of a kind with her smile, hospitality, gratitude for the business it made me feel welcome and felt I was like the most important person at the moment. She even remembered me upon my return! Very special person! Thank you Crystal! I recommend Wally Park 100%. The shuttle service was prompt, courteous and the van was very cleaned with strong AC so everyone felt at ease in the middle of a heat index of almost 98 degrees. Thank you for being so great at what you do!

This was my first experience with the Marriott. The Marriott is very close to the airport and the parking staff was very helpful. We were welcomed and aboard a shuttle within minutes. Upon our return - even at 1:30 AM - the shuttle picked us up within 5 min of our phone call, then relayed our receipt number by walkie so our car was waiting as we got back to the hotel. I don't fly out of Orlando often, but whenever I do, this is now my parking spot!

Very fast to and from airport.

We made our reservations online the day before and were lucky to have gotten into this parking facility. Their check-in process was quick, efficient, and professional, their shuttle service was very quick to and from the airport terminal, and they will be used by us again in the future!!!

Having parked at Newark Liberty Parking before, I gave it another try by signing up the day before my flight and printing out the contract. Had an improved GPS give better directions to the (slightly) obscure entrance. Parked within one minute and the transfer bus was following me all the way. Driver was friendly and assisted with 4 bags of luggage; we were at the airport (Term C) in 5 minutes. Driver even gave us a slip with NLP phone number and handwritten note where we had parked in the lot. Return transfer was also smooth; called just after picking up luggage, took 5 mins to get to Location#1, and waited 3 mins for driver (also courteous). At checkout, gave the teller the printed contract and received one day free (discount), for an avg $8.5/day parking fee. Will do it again with NLP.

Our first time using the facility. It won't be our last.
