I made my reservation online in advance and then experienced some flight delays. When I called Joes to inform them the lady was very curt and quickly told me I would be charged more. However, when I checked out at the desk to pick up my vehicle, I was only charged exactly what I expected. I thanked the cashier and received a nice smile and come again. Great way to get my patronage a second time. Thanks Joes!

very reasonable price, super close to airport, tons of shuttles for ride back from airport to my car. Finding the red pick up area that was the problem, wasn't close to my luggage, located at the other end of the terminal.

Having just relocated to NE Florida in Palm Coast I had to return to Connecticut to further clean out my possessions from my basement and garage. I would be gone one week and looked online for long term parking at MCO. From the info I received on line at CheapAirportParking.org I chose Xpress Airport Valet Parking. I was totally pleased with the service I received. They were convenient to the airport and provided valet bus service right to my airline at the terminal. Upon my return I called the phone number provided and the shuttle bus was there to pick me up in a matter of minutes. I found my truck as I left it and was pleased with the very reasonable price that I paid for one week of parking. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and their service excellent !! I will definitely use them the next time I have to fly out of MCO for my long term parking provider. Great job !!!

So, after reading some of the negative reviews, I decided to use this facility since it was one of the closest to LAX. Especially due to all the construction going on right now, I didnt want to take any chances. I was very impressed with how easy it was. All you need to do, is FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Thats it!!! You reserve and pay online. (Give yourself some cushion on the return arrival time.) Print the confirmation email and bring it with you. You pull a ticket when you enter the lot. You give the ticket to cashier upon exiting WITH the confirmation email. She gives you back the ticket with a paid ticket. At the exit gate, you place both tickets in the machine, and your gone!! Very simple and fast. Shuttle was right there. FAST!!! I will definitely use again!!!
