Would help if they dropped off and picked up at both terminals. at Orlando.

The process was very simple. drop off and pick up was hassle free. I was a little confused with the shuttle schedule but the hotel was very responsive and provided guidance. They told me to call the number before pick up but no one answered. But luckily that part of the process isnt important i arrived and still got my car right away.

The check out process was not smooth! I flew in late and hit there after midnight.. I was tired! Your e mail stated to scan the QR code from the e mail… it did not work!!! I had to go back in and check in at the front desk to get a ticket. If this had been explained in the original e mail that would have been fine, but I had to remark and go back inside to get this ticket.. it added at least 15 min to my last night commute. Annoying!!

The parking spot I reserved was at the Hilton at the Newark airport. If this is The reservation that I made then the service was fine.

Being late for one hour resulted in a fee that is greater than a daily rate. No fees were mentioned during the reservation. Support initially said: “we are just a booking platform”. After number of emails the fee was refunded even though the fee was charged by a parking lot not by the cheapairportparking. I hope the customer support will keep improving. I use this service again.

Good price, good location. Check-in was effortless. Return pick-up was very quick and my car was waiting when I arrived back at the lot. Will use again.

Little problem was because it is outdoor, and with Florida weather, it can ruined your car. But, place looked safe. Had my car for seven days and came back to how I left it. Drivers are real nice and polite.
