At the point of leaving the parking lot, a female attendant would not let me leave at 12 noon, which was the time stated on my ticket to leave. The female attendant alleged that I was trying to leave too early even though my ticket showed to leave at 12 noon and for that reason charged me $4.50 in addition to my regular charge, which I had already paid through my credit card. I need my $4.50 back.

We were charged more than the reservation said was due at the lot. Pick up was lengthy, and the air conditioning in the vehicle didn't work, or they were trying to save gas.

There's not a lot of help available in the immediacy. For some reason when I made my profile with my email address it formated with a / an additional characters, so I never got an email. I was able to get into the parking structure but I wasn't able to get out. It was a big deal. I felt like I was being extorted and none of this was my fault.

Waited almost an hour for shuttle that never came, ended up making other arrangements to pick up car. Flight came in at 9:45 p.m. so it made for a long night.

I would’ve given the parking service 5 stars but there’s 2 issues that needs to be fixed. 1) our plane landed 7pm and it took 1 hour to picked us up, the first tram came but was full so we had to wait for the second tram. 2) I was charged an additional $8 for being over the time limit for parking. Being late to leave the parking structure was due to the length of time for the tram to pick us up and the elevator was off or not working because of the time we got to the parking structure. We were parked on the top floor.

While parked there debris from the ceiling of the parking garage fell on my car and I could not see to drive home so after a long trip I had to immediately find a car wash and while the manager Oscar said they would reimburse me for the cost to clean the car he didn’t respond to my email when I sent him the receipt for the car wash.

I enjoyed my drop off experience greatly, it was super fast and they told me they had switched my pick up time from 3am the day my flight got in to 1am. When I came to pick up my car they had made a mistake and put it in long term parking. I ended up waiting 2 hours to get my car because they were so short staffed and what little staff they did have could not take me to get my car. They gave no indication of how long I was going to have to wait and seemed really annoyed by me even though my car was there for three nights total and should not have been taken to long term parking. I’m overall disappointed and dissatisfied with the parking here and would never park in this lot again.

My flight was delayed for 24 hours so when I went to get my car I had to pay $101 to get it out of the parking garage at the Marriott. I called the Marriott the next day and they said they would credit my credit card and just bill me your rate for the extra time however I have seen nothing from them since I talked to them so now I have to chase them down. You should have something on the reservation confirmation on how to deal with delays.
