Used them for the first time to book 8 days at the Miami airport. I chose their vendor Element hotel and pre-paid the reservation with arrival and departure times. I arrived at the hotel around 11:15PM for a 2:05am flight and the lot was completely full. There were no empty spaces except 2 handicap spots. Was told by one employee to park behind the shuttle as they had oversold parking. When I checked in at the desk was told by the female employee that she wouldn't trust my car in that spot for a week. In case someone backed into it by mistake, it was not a legal parking spot. Hey do not take your keys to move your vehicle. She advised me to call airportparking.org to see if they would move me to another lot. Problem is they had no telephone number listed so I emailed them. Not wanting to miss my international flight I left for another legitimate airport parking place I've used before. Thankfully it was only five mins away. I either fly out of Miami international or use the Port of Miami for extended travel several times a year. I have never had this experience with any other parking vendor including other hotel parking lots ie Hilton Miami airport. I was able to cancel the reservation for a partial refund. I then had to email again and threaten to dispute the charges to get the remainder of the refund which is annoying. My advice avoid!

If your travel plans change after booking and pre-paying a reservation, you can cancel the reservation. However, this company will NOT issue a refund. You are out the money. DO NOT USE.

I had a pre-paid reservation and they charged more than was indicated on my invoice. When I asked he mumbled something about how there was nothing he could do about it and gave me a phone number to call. I called and it was not the valet parking operation but a car rental operation.

I paid for Marriott indoor valet parking and my car was returned to me last night after our lax flight landed with rain-spattered dirt all over it. I dropped it off clean and it is obvious that it was not parked indoors. I have photos to show you. It is dishonest to advertise and also pay the premium cost for indoor parking when it obviously was not parked indoors. The fault is with Los Angeles Airport Marriott, not with CheapAirportParking who actually refunded my payment in full!

Parking lot did not accept my booking, neither the company helped me with this. No more-

No guarantee for parking spot.I booked through cheap airport parking at wally park newwark airport and when went there to park at 5 am all gates are closed and there was a sign that all lots are closed. So I had to park some other place. that cost me additional $ 50.00 for 5 days. Even though I booked two weeks early the parking spot is not guaranteed. I never ever book through cheap airport .com j george

Zero stars. They don't honor your paid reservation and difficult getting a refund.

I called to cancel a resvations, on Dec 7 2016 and I got a supervisor that was very nasty, cursing and screaming and told me to go to hell, I would never use them again, she was very nasty. And kept giving me the round around, it's people like her that makes other workers look bad, she needs to be retrained, the queens location.
