We waited almost 1 hours for transporting at the airport.

We waited over an hour for a shuttle!!! We did not even see another shuttle from 405! The driver said there was a shift change happening right then. Do they only have 1 bus and two drivers??! We have friends who live in the high desert, they got home before us (same flight different shuttle service!) Will not use again! Absolutely do not recommend!

Will not go back. Worst service ever. In the past year I’ve been using them but every time it’s getting worse. This past week, it took an hour to get a shuttle. We seen every shuttle but FoX. We were just standing there I tried calling in and no answer just ringing. Please hire more staff for the summer or else your ratings will continue to go down.

The worst parking lot and shuttle service. Wait was so long at the parking lot for the shuttle I had to call an Uber. Then waited over 30 minutes getting back. There seems to be one shuttle that takes well over 30 min round trip. Every time you ask how long they say 15 min. Even with a reservation, I wasn’t able to park myself because they oversold the lot. The cheaper price is not worth the headache.

I waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle at the airport, it never came. I called the hotel to find out what the problem was. No one answered.

My car was move from the spot I live it and was full of soda inside some one open my car and Vandalise The interior I don’t recommend this place
