My reservation was canceled without any notification. I luckily saw a credit back to my account or I would have shown up with no active reservation. Rates have now increased and they have been no help booking me an alternative option.

This company does not stand behind their rates. We were given a rate to park in Park-n-Go at MCO. We returned as scheduled and Park-n-Go charged us about 10% more than the quote. When we showed the attendant the email receipt that showed the balance due, the attendant said cheapairportparking.org only gives an estimate of the total cost so it was not a guaranteed rate. When I contacted the company, they "passed the buck" and didn't stand behind the pricing. I will never use this "service" again.

Terrible experience!!!! The 405 garage is VERY FULL and the spots are VERY VERY VERY TIGHT!!! Do NOT park here if you have a large car or are in a hurry!!! Great rate but not worth the stress! Attendant insisted I park in a tow away zone. I had no choice because I would have missed my flight otherwise, but I was very worried about my car getting towed my entire trip!!

Took to long to get picked up from Airport and it’s not the first time

My drop of at the Hilton was smooth, but my pick up was a stressful and time consuming. I landed at 9:30pm and waited 45 mins without a shuttle pick up. I finally took another shuttle to parking next door and walked to the Hilton. I used valet parking because I arrived at night alone and wanted to feel safe. Next time I will park with more shuttles.

It smelled like peee there! I will not use this place again, the place is extremely unclean and smelled like pee everywhere. The shuttle was late taking us to the airport, we ended up taking uber back to the place and that costed me as much as the parking with the surcharge pricing..

I had reservation with Best Rate parking. They never showed up for pick up from Airport back to the parking lot. I waited 1.5hours. Many other people were waiting for Best Rate as well. I ended up taking Uber which costed me $30. This company should be unlisted from your website. I read their reviews afterward and found out that this has always been a problem for this parking company.

My flight ended up getting canceled and they had forced me to pay for a day that wasn't my fault and then tried to over charge me after I had paid my 3 days online. When I refused to pay for the 4th day due to flight cancelation the manager called the cops on me. I told the officers it was a waste of time for you to come up here and explained the situation. She was saying that it's not worth going to jail over 14$ I told them I paid 6$ online and showed them the price. The manager told me to go online and pay then so ibwas trying to then cops kept harassing me and try to run my tags. Then another supervisor was trying to debit mainly. It was unorganized and un called for and disrespectful. Cops should have never been called and I had my 2 babies with me. I shouldn't have to pay for anything cause my flight being canceled
