Your recorded customer service is annoying...2 attempts so far and no call back...looking for order tracking information.

We unpacked the case and carefully carried it upstairs. It appears that doing that caused the right side, all the way down, to come loose. It was glued and the glue had just come completely loose. I thought this was a quality product, made of wood. I am extremely disappointed. I'm not sure what to do from here. I need advice in solving this situation. Please contact me. Although armoire seems like it was constructed well, I'm bummed that the one I received had some issues. Hardware to attach the top piece was not included, so I had to purchase wood screws on my own. Also, one of the side pieces that holds the necklaces looks like there was overspray of the felt prior to assembly and they just stained over the top of it. The felt in the very top also had a glue spot on it. I considered sending it back, but know that the aggravation of trying to re-box and ship it back and potentially having the same, or worse, issue with a different one, wasn't worth it. Hoping that it won't be too noticeable where it will be set up in the bedroom. Called to discuss, but had to leave my name and number for a callback.

This leather tray is nice, though not as pretty as the picture. One snap doesn't stick together well.

This was my first experience with Chasing Treasure. My first order has not arrived, but I expect it soon. I wish there was a way to track my order.

Shopping and ordering was very easy, I'm more concerned about product quality and customer service! More to come after delivery!

The jewelry box that we ordered and received was not worth the money. The glorious write-up on the web site did not match the box in reality. It also went on sale a few days after our purchase, which was disappointing to see. Thankfully we shipped it back and will hopefully get most of our money returned to us.
