I recently placed an order. I have had zero communication from them from that point on . I filled out and submitted the order status page on their website and have still not received any response three days later. I have no idea of the status of my order and there's been zero communication from them to communicate that to me. I am not very happy this far with the service I have received. Not to mention I have no idea if it has shipped or still being processed.

Was disappointed with the purchase for the price of it and even more disappointed with trying to return it customer service is horrible you can not talk to a live person you call their number and get an option to leave a voice message then they contact you by email only and getting answers is tuff it appears that this is a one man operation and he can not handle everything going on I'm still waiting to hopefully return my purchase for a refund.

Ms P, per our conversation, you contacted us late Friday and we responded Monday morning. For issues such as damage, we prefer emails as it is the most efficient means of communicating pictures, and it also provides an audit trail for tax deduction purposes. We did provide you with a solution with which you agreed within 3 business days of you contacting us, despite that fact that, in your own words, you completely destroyed the packaging and packing material while removing the armoire, rendering it virtually impossible to return. I purchased a jewelry box on 12/17 in hopes that it would be here for Christmas. The internet indicated that the box was in stock, so I assumed it would ship within the next 2 days. To this point (12/25) I have not received any communication that the jewelry box has even shipped. I am concerned that it still has not shipped. I am frustrated that there has been no communication; whether there was an issue in getting it shipped or not. Something to indicate to me that there are being attempts in getting it sent to me. I do not think I would place another order with Chasing Treasure based on my experience to date.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I placed an order back in Sept and still did not receive it. I called and emailed several times and I was only able to get in touch with them twice. They told me the item I ordered is out of stock, but I never got any notice of this when I placed the order. I also never received an estimated shipment date of any kind. I will continue to call, but I will NEVER order from this place again.

I placed an order in July, I have not received the product nor a reply from my email. Calling, resulting in a frustrating answering machine. I will be notifying the better business bureau and my credit card company to get my payment back

So far you have been totally unresponsive, my money is gone and I have no idea where the goods are. They certainly aren't with me. Would someone like to try to make a customer happy and tell me what's going on? If not please cancel my order and refund my money. Very sincerely.

Hello! Per our follow up conversations, your selection will be back in stock this month, and will ship as soon as it arrives. If there are any issues, we will notify you immediately. While we strive to keep our store-stock levels up-to-date, in some cases products that are shipped from a central facility can be depleted, and a purchase is made (like yourself) before we can update the product availability. By way of explanation, we developed a system to link our email system with our "notes" section within each order. Clearly that is not working as well as we'd like, as our associate updated your order notes, but the email server did not pick it up and email you. We apologize for that and have since gone back to noting the order AND sending a separate email, until we can resolve the technical issue. We appreciate your business and wish you all the best! Was told item was in stock, and it is a gift for a dear friend. Now it is suddenly unavailable until the end of June!!!!!!!!! Very poor service!
