I love the armoire and everything beautiful but the most important thing "lock" does not work I put the lock and it opens . I am very disappointed as I saw others in Overstock and my daughter recommended me to you. Hope I will be able to fix it.

For an online store that specializes in giftware, there should definitely be a way to enclose a gift card. The gift I ordered arrived very promptly, but the recipient had no idea who it was from. Fortunately I followed up. Good price and otherwise good service. Giftwrap (for an upcharge) would also be a nice option.

Hi , I needed to exchange a jewelry box. The website boasts that "real people" answer calls. Well, how about no one answers the phone . They state to leave a message and they'll call back but no one returns calls either. I've made 3 attempts without success of getting my questions answered or receiving a call back. Therefore my only option is to GUESS how I can return and exchange an item

Ordered a watch box for my fiance's birthday only a week ahead of time, so knew i was pushing it to receive an order on time. That was Sunday the 18th and have not heard from Chasing Treasures besides the email confirmation the first day. Went back onto the website recently and input my order number and date to get a tracking number. Have not heard back but it is Memorial Day weekend. Cannot yet ooh and ahh over the product quality.

They were extremely slow on responding to my phone calls/voicemails. I only talked to a real person once. Then, they didn't respond to emails effectively. The item was good, but the purchase/return/exchange process was horrible!

I'm more inclined to use Amazon.com for online shopping. I'd take this store and market through Amazon. You'd already have a large audience.

I like the product but I called when I got it and asked for an additional key. The person on the phone said he would send it but he never did.

Hello, I do see a record of this, however, we're showing that we closed this incident after leaving a VM saying that we were unable to provide a second key as our mfr did not have any spares (and did not keep any). We apologize for not being able to send a second key, and will work to do a better job at "closing the loop" on communications.
