I ordered a jewelry armoire on 9/8/15. Received an immediate confirmation of the order. Haven't heard a word since, despite 2 unanswered emails I sent asking for the order status. Website is pretty weak, also, as there is no way to track orders.

For an order placed and confirmed on July 18, I received an email confirmation of the order immediately...on July 24, I called (got voicemail so I left a message) and sent an email requesting the status of my order. As of July 27 I have still not heard anything from the company. As I said above, ZERO service.

I just unpacked a jewelry box. The legs are made of synthetic material and the finish does not match the box, the mirror fell right out, the glue never held. The lid would not stay open, I hade to make repairs. All the draws are hard to open and close. Over all I think I would have been better to buy it at Wal-Mart and save $300. Poorly made, I would not recommend.

Hello, per our conversation: these ship directly from the manufacturer due to the shipping costs of such large units, so we do not have any ability to inspect the armoires. In your case, it is surprising to hear of the quality concerns, as this is one of our top manufacturers. We did offer to refund/replace your piece, and asked for pictures of the finish as well as mirror in order to send to the manufacturer. We are frankly surprised that you did not take us up on our offer of return or replace. We apologize for your dissatisfaction, and would have made it right for you, given the opportunity. My armoire arrived with one door not attached. I tried calling their customer service phone number to report my problem--no reply! What do they mean by CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?

I paid a lot for 3-day delivery but didn't get it -- it arrived in 6 days, which was after the birthday so I had gone ahead and bought another present. I went to the website for return instructions and when I sent an email via their system it was just returned as non-deliverable. So....not a happy camper.

I ordered a large jewelry armoire and it came with a broken back panel. There was also marked areas from the glue or damaged areas from being stained improperly or glue under the stain. I paid an extreme amount of money (over 400 dollars) for a defective product. It was also placed in a section with locked jewelry cases and I thought it had a lock on it. Be careful since the categories are mixed. Would not order again!!

I ordered a jewelry box on 05/4/15 to give my wife for Mother's Day. I paid $90.00 for three day shipping to make sure to have it to give her on 05/10. Never received item and have yet to hear back from them. Totally unacceptable.
