We have searched through our records and have nothing on file from you. Did you have a ticket number? Our platform was not fully launched when this review was made so we are trying to understand what could have happened. We are a people first platform. Finding out what happened and who you spoke with will allow us to make sure appropriate training is done to avoid something like this happening again. Best,
