Broken from poor packaging! False guarantee!
I ordered 2 identical items of the ‘stain glass birds’. They weren’t nearly as nice as I thought they would be for gifts…like others said, definitely not translucent to let the sun in! My main issue is that they were packed so poorly, with no soft protection between the 2 items…so one had a piece broken off on arrival! They say ‘no risk’, 100% guarantee, etc, but they have only offered me $2 US ‘compensation’! When I said I wanted a replacement or full refund they’ve only offered me $5! We’ve been going back and forth for 2 weeks. No name on the email of the person who doesn’t have the authority to give any higher offer, but not passing it up to anyone with more authority either! I’m on a merry go round!! And still no gift for my friend!
