horrible...they offer a guarantee..when you want to return something because it is too big, they offer you $10.00 and blame shipping cost too expensive. Meanwhile the return label came from a local address in New Jersey....Will be reporting you to the FTC

I spent over £80 on some "hand crafted suncatcher birds, copper foiled, reenamled, high quality. they arrived and they are really cheap plastic. I have tried to contact them and they are in a industrial site which is to let He mailed me after i complained and takes no responsibility.saying"we are only the shipping company"

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the key rings for my two granddaughters. Writing is so small, a microscope is almost required to read it. Not what I imagined at all. Tracking was kept up to date.

Items claimed hand crafted suncatcher birds, copper foiled, enameled, high quality. They are cheap plastic popouts. A total ripoff.

Impossible to contact. Glasses of poor quality, not adjustable and sections were unfinished with jagged edges

This company is deceptive. They claim that every order must make a satisfied customer, but that is far from the truth. We made a mistake with an order and wrote to them immediate to get it cancelled, but they refused to cancel the order (even though the email to cancel the order was made less than 5 minutes after placing the order.)

Do not use this company. wouldn't give them any stars. Very poor quality, unwilling to have products returned. (Did not send a return address yet offered an minium refund (pennies) which would not even cover postage - so I would be still out of pocket even more!!) Website states high quality and design which is not true. I've learnt my lesson the hard way and will always review a company before buying online again. Will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission which I suggest anyone does if not happy with this company.

This “company” is just scam. Do not purchase from them. Ordered items 3 months ago and still waiting. Have tried to contact them but no acknowledgement
