Horrendous rude employees. Their stupid check-in system wouldn’t issue a ticket (I was there to drop off their equipment), so after waiting for 10 mins, they told me I couldn’t just drop off the equipment and had to get on the wait list. I said that it wouldn’t issue me a ticket (said “Unable to Issue Ticket at This Time”), and the employee looked at me like I’m a moron. I said I should have just dropped it at a UPS store, and she said, “Well, you can still do that…”

Today from around 2:30 pm Joseph R. On the “Billing Management Team” hung up on me after refusing to allow me to speak to his supervisor, or a CUSTOMER SERVICE agent/customer retention. He kept fast taking me, over talking me and saying my concerns had been addressed when they were not. Please give me a CUSTOMER SERVICE manager who has the ability to keep my current “promotional” internet rate that is just above market competitors. I am a on-time paying long term customer. 12/11/23

I had the internet service. It was fine and did what I needed. Unfortunately, when I signed up in December of 2022, I was in for a LOT of phone calls to fix billing issues. It took FOUR MONTHS of calls to deal with these morons. In November of 2023, Tmobile had a deal for the internet that I could not refuse. I called Spectrum to ask if they could provide any deals to keep me. They said they couldn't offer anything until April 2024. I said okay and switched. Today, 12/1/23, I call Spectrum to cancel after getting setup with my new Tmobile internet. I literally had to argue with them to get canceled. Very unbecoming of Spectrum to have a hit piece script of their competitio, in attempt to keep me. By the time I finally got this crappy company to cancel, I was done to the point I will never go back. This is the 2nd time I have left Spectrum, after they spent zero time trying to keep me when I said I made them aware I was about to leave. Both times they ignored the heads up. They fought to keep me AFTER I told them I was leaving. Now, I can expect a knock on the door every few months to get me back. Sorry bro! You lost me for the last time.

Dodgy company, stay away

I am a long-time customer of what is now Spectrum (Charter) cable television and internet. Several months ago I decided to try Apple TV with the Spectrum DVR. It is extremely "glitchy". I need to reset the Apple TV device at least once a day. I have called the customer service number and they didn't have any long-term solutions for me. Lately, the DVR constantly has problems. It keeps saying that I have no recordings. Then, later it will show my library but won't play some episodes. When it does work, it won't let me fast forward. Also, it won't delete episodes sometimes. What a mess! Please help me solve these issues Spectrum!

Why does Spectrum Charter in Westport "temporarily go off air" for 12 hours? We pay tribute of almost 300.00 per month. Is that not enough? If Westport MA had a few alternatives, they would offer better service.

Bad service from Charter Spectrum. They are having a dispute with Disney company which Spectrum has blocked channels (ESPN and FXX) which is a few that I have mentioned from a choice package that I am still paying for and they are asking for payment but yet blocking these channels on my plan. This is very much hurting their customers and I am planning on moving my service back to Direct TV where ESPN and FXX is available. They sent me this jacked up offer listed below which will cost me even more money because when it expires they will begin charging me more money. Another one of There thinking that I am STUPID offer. “Spectrum: Since Disney has removed their channels, we would like to offer you a FREE trial from our preferred streaming TV partner, Fubo. Visit Fubo linked offer” There should be an enforcement law against scamming customers.

If I could give a 0 I would. Horrible customer service, rude agents and managers, no regard for fairness. Sly business tactics of looting people with misinformation and being unavailable. Would never recommend their service to anyone!
