Is an abuse. I canceled the service and spectrum is charging one more month for more that 60 dollars. Is frustrating to see how six hours of my hard work are been taking for a big company, is really sad to know that the costumer are at the mercy of the arbitrariness of this company that only takes advantage for its petty benefit.
I am frustrated.

Spectrum has the WORST customer…
Spectrum has the WORST customer service! Horrible, Rude, unhelpful people who hang up on you and don't even let you finish your question. One especially rude"supervisor" laughed at me and hung up on me!....uh what!? If I hung up one people when I worked in customer service i would have been Fired! Unbelievably Atrocious!
Their site never works, you get locked out of your account and can't get ANY help. Try calling in and it's nothing but a robot menu impossible to get anywhere. Completely dissatisfied!

Debt-Collecting for Equipment I Never Had
Spectrum is trying to collect an alleged debt from me for a piece of equipment which it is not clear I ever had.
After subscribing to Spectrum's Internet services for several years, I cancelled and switched to Google Fiber in November of 2020. Although we returned the equipment we were using to Spectrum's office, Spectrum sent me a notice saying that I owed $56 for a second modem. I have no idea if I ever had a second modem from Spectrum, and I called them asking for verification that I had actually received this modem. After receiving no word back, I called a second time. This time around, I was able to get more information. It appeared that, according to Spectrum's records, the modem had been sent to my address at a date earlier than I had even moved there; and at that time there would have been no Spectrum Internet there in my name. I was told that the information was being passed to the relevant department in Spectrum. Again, I never heard back. About two months later (today), I received a phone call from a debt collection company asking to collect the $56 debt for this piece of equipment.
Since calling Spectrum to address this issue (twice) has had no effect, I am now posting my complaint here.

They will do ANYTHING to get you to…
They will do ANYTHING to get you to switch-CAVEAT EMPTOR-don't do it! Once you do the lies become very apparent, their phones are all VOIP yet they say they are normal landlines-worse, if you get robocalls they refuse to assist-moreover they are facilitating these pirates, in this writer's opinion. It is, then again this writer's opinion as is this posting, that Spectrum is growing very rapidly, at the expense of all they overcharge for horrible customer service, and worse support-Choose anyone else you might avoid these mishaps that thousands are writing about-Hang In...
Updated 6-21: We are now in the midst of forming a legal action of "Class" against them-anyone wanting to join simply let me know-but as it is, they cannot prevail, too much written evidence, we're going to court, and this one I truly look forward to...
Updated 3-12-22-A few nights back-we stay with these people because in this demographic-there is only one choice for internet speeds high enough to just stream. The box simply died out-the cable box, and all of my wife's recordings died with it-this isn't supposed to happen, so a tech will arrive with a new one, they say today-but prior to that 3 different recorded phone calls asking for (not sure, but I hung up-and blocked my own phone company). They then called at 7:51 AM Sunday morning-no message, but woke the entire home-THIS IS ILLEGAL! There are certain hours a company can call-we are waiting until we have a choice before suing these behemoths-but, oh, this one I'm going to enjoy-I'm going in on my own-this is SO what's known as a prima facie case, I dont need counsel, I need to defeat these morons-the time waiting, just allows for a much better palybook...

Internet not compatible with streaming
I was satisfied with the cable even though it’s not as reliable as satellite service. When I started to use a Firestick is when everything went downhill. The service took over 30 minutes to download and then the streaming is completely blurry and it pauses often. I pay for internet service 100 mb but through a separate web service it shows I only get 60 mb. I’m paying WAY too much for internet that I can’t use streaming services on. I have my blurry Firestick service on right now and I had to switch my phone to cellular service to access the internet.
