got my credit details stolen and 1000$ as well plus bad quality doesnt look like the picture

I bought a product from this website, a selfie stick with lights attached to it. The selfie stick arrived (poorly packed and with a damaged carton) but it had no lights in it. When I opened a dispute with their support team, I was connected with what is presumably the actual supplier of the product. (It seems like the website is just a marketplace for third party suppliers to sell their products.) The supplier insisted the product had been checked and was sent correctly. I sent them a photo of what I received showing there are clearly no lights included. Instead of offering to ship the lights separately, which is the obvious solution, they said I could ship the product back at my own expense (all the way to China) for a refund or they would be happy to give me $5 USD as compensation if I basically let it go. Can you believe that? They are basically trying to bribe me to ignore the problem and accept the product which was not correct! When I said this is not an acceptable solution, the supplier then offered me $7USD compensation to let it go. They are basically trying to bribe me to let it go, I can't believe it! (Worth noting the total spent incl shipping was actually $55USD.) I am not inclined to spend more money sending the product back now because this supplier is clearly not an honest supplier and probably won't refund my money anyway. I can't see another option on the Charmsvision website to escalate the problem to the website level. So my advice is be very careful with this site. They are clearly using dodgy suppliers who are not supplying the products correctly and then not providing any kind of acceptable solution when it isn't done right. I will update this review if appropriate as this conversation with the supplier is still ongoing!

Jeg har på Facebook fundet, købt og betalt for en skjorte hus charmsvision.com. Skjorten er købt i jan måned. I følge Charmsvision´s Pakke leverandør er pakken i transit i Aarhus. Det har den nu været i 3 uger og ingen kender til denne forsendelse her. Måske er det charmsvision.com eller deres pakke leverandør der har "fejlen" men det virker ikke som et troværdigt foretagende
