Our insurance company wanted a notarized inspection report which we were assured would be provided. Received an e mail report with no visible seal. CHI has no local physical. Office and retains no inspection paperwork. You have to deal with the inspector. After several weeks of backend forth thecompany says they don't provide notarized copies. No refund.
