Our only complaint is that the pool area was not open.It would have been nice to be able to use that area to sit and enjoy the sun.

All of my interactions with the staff were great. They responded quickly and were very helpful and nice. House was in a great location, very close to the beach. Loved that there was a back yard for the kids with a little dock into the marsh. Back deck was large and picnic tables were great. House is nice on the inside. Just a few things that needed fixing and could use new beds in one of the rooms. But didn’t hinder us from having a great trip.

The house worked out very well for our family. It was in the perfect location and had many spaces to gather Your agency was easy to work with. While the house was well equiped, we were disappointed to find some basics like toilet paper, paper towels, pot holders and kitchen towels were missing. Not usually a problem with rentals

The Staff and Facility were perfect. We were harassed Christmas day by a person unknown that continuous notice on our cars threatening to have our cars towed. Which put a damper on our Christmas Day.

The house was nice with the exception that is was not that clean and needed painting in several areas. The amount of money that was charged for our short stay, in my opinion was just too high. The views are awesome no doubt. The hot tub was really nice. The fact that we could not use the elevator just puzzled me? Whats the point? Why reserve it only for the owners? There were no beach chairs, sand tools, etc..... Just a bit neglected. The Realtor was awesome and kind. I just felt like they knew they were charging me a lot for a house that is for sale and slightly neglected during the transition. And also during the winter time. I felt taken advantage of due to the fact that they can command more money during the weekend of New Years just because they can. And that probably the house would have been empty that week. I guess I wanted a negotiation. But when I went back to the office to discuss this, they were not there. Closed the day I left. I would use them again, but I would really want to see the house first. And for them to consider when something is in the middle of a sale, they should probably bend a little on the price.

Thank you for your departure notes. We have a professional staff available 24/7, even over holidays, for maintenance and service requests. Homeowners choose to not allow elevator access for a variety of reasons, including liability. Items such as elevators and beach equipment, if not available, are not listed as an amenity on our website. To allow guests to take advantage of seasonal pricing, the year is broken down into eight different seasons and pricing structures. Holiday times do not have marked up prices. Let us know when you're planning your next trip to the Charleston Coast and we will help you find the perfect rental for your vacation!
