Thank you for your review of your recent stay. Maintenance did go to the condo and found all water to be working properly. However, we then failed to properly communicate how to use the appliances in this bathroom to you and your guests. Thank you for your departure notes. We have a professional staff available to help with maintenance and service requests. Be assured, maintenance has repaired the loose items.
